Joyce Wuetrich
Controller

Joyce Wuetrich joined Gorman & Company in 1989 and is responsible for the company's corporate accounting and Human Resources functions. She is also in charge of Gorman & Company's asset management portfolio, which is managed by Five Star Management Services, Inc. 

Prior to joining Gorman & Company, she was the legal administrator for a Madison-based law firm. Joyce holds a degree in accounting from Upper Iowa University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is an active member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Human Resource Management, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Multi-Housing Council. She has served on various boards in the past and is currently a member of The Business Forum and Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women.
