Tom Capp
Chief Operating Officer

Tom Capp has directed Gorman & Company's real estate development since 1994. Under his direction, the company has put more focus on urban development and redevelopment.

Prior to joining Gorman & Company, he was a Senior Associate at Camiros Inc., an urban planning firm based in Chicago. Tom is also a former public official, having been mayor of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, where he also served as chairman of the city's Planning Commission and chairman of its Economic Development Commission. As executive assistant to Dane County Executive Rick Phelps from 1993-1994, Tom directed land use and development policy issues for Dane County.

Tom has a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He has served on many local boards and commissions, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of CTM Family Theater.
