Affordable, Workforce Housing Crown Ridge Crown Ridge Apartment Homes is a 52-unit affordable workforce housing development. While the community already had a considerable inventory of “affordable housing,” much of it was sub-standard and outdated. Crown Ridge served the community as a more modern version of workforce housing featuring cathedral ceilings, loft designs and individual entrances to each unit.
