Sites on the following list are available for reservation. The asterisk (*) at the end of the listing indicates that the location will accept a 3-car garage option. We have also noted if the grade allows for a window for the 4th bedroom option in the basement. (This option, nor the exposure, walkout vs. exposed, are not guaranteed until the phase is open and final grades are set.) The price for this option varies on the need for boulder walls to accommodate it, and can be priced for you at the time you write your contract. Each condominium may be custom built to add options and unlimited custom finish upgrades. Reservations are $10,000 for homes immediately on the 18th fairway and only $2,500 for all other locations. Reservations are completely refundable, and give you first right of refusal on that designated location.
