High Point Gardens Condominiums, developed and constructed starting in 1995, was Gorman & Company's first step into the for-sale residential market. The ranch-style brick colonial homes in this west-side Madison, WI neighborhood attracted buyers who appreciated one-level living, custom interiors and quality construction. The 48 homes in 2- and 4-unit buildings offered 1492 to almost 1800 square feet on one level with two bedrooms and two baths and sunroom options, to over 2000 square feet with the addition of a second story including a third bedroom and bath.

The last of these homes successfully sold out in 1999.
