Every Gorman and Company home is backed by a one-year builder's warranty. Before closing, each new owner experiences a Homeowner's Orientation walk through with us, where we double check all the home's features and show new owners how to operate unfamiliar items. Our warranty staff checks back with owners 60 days after move-in, and again at the end of their first year, to fix or adjust home features if needed. This warranty is detailed in an extensive Homeowner's Manual given to each of our home buyers.
