68 apartments have income restrictions, and will rent for a reduced rate. The rental rates are as follows:

Efficiency: $450.00 or $ 500.00.
One bedrooms are either: $480.00 or $590.00.
Two bedrooms are: $567.00 & $700.00.
Three bedrooms are: $645.00 & $799.00.

There are one and two bedroom apartments available with no income restrictions. The rents are: $700.00 for one bedrooms and $835.00 for two bedrooms. Rental rates include water/sewer. The resident pays for electric and gas. The apartments feature gas heat. Up to two (2) cats are accepted, and there is a $20.00 per cat per month pet fee. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.
